Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the oyes platform or who are subject to an active exclusion order must not attempt to register a new account or access the platform by any means. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion is subject to immediate closure.
To open an oyes account, you must complete the registration form accurately, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must ensure that all information provided is true, current, and complete at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
oyes operates a mandatory KYC programme. You may be required to provide identity verification documentation at any stage, including upon registration, prior to your first withdrawal, upon triggering risk-based verification thresholds, or at the discretion of oyes's compliance team. oyes reserves the right to temporarily restrict account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. oyes strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. oyes will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
oyes supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction, unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account.
oyes's primary operating currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate determined by oyes at the time of processing. oyes does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your oyes account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. oyes reserves the right to request source of funds documentation as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in account restriction or closure.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your oyes account, all of the following conditions must be met:

Processing times are indicative only. oyes does not guarantee withdrawal completion within these timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or circumstances beyond oyes's reasonable control.
As a general principle and in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. oyes reserves the right to require withdrawals to be processed via a specific channel at its discretion for compliance purposes.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and any other promotional incentives offered by oyes (collectively "Promotions") are subject to specific terms and conditions. These terms, including applicable wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum bonus amounts, are disclosed at the point of claiming each Promotion.
In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual Promotion, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that Promotion.

Only one bonus may be claimed per eligible deposit transaction, unless oyes explicitly states otherwise in the terms of a specific Promotion. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses on a single transaction may result in one or more bonus claims being voided.
oyes reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, using automated betting strategies, colluding with other players, or any conduct designed to circumvent the spirit and intent of the Promotion terms.
The oyes referral programme awards bonuses to both the referring player and the newly referred player upon the referred player successfully completing registration, completing KYC verification, and making a qualifying first deposit of at least RM 50. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements. Referrals must be genuine — self-referrals, referrals to duplicate accounts, or manufactured referral activity will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses and may result in account suspension.
oyes reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes, without limitation, refusing bets from accounts identified as professional or sharp bettors, accounts subject to risk management restrictions, or accounts under investigation.
In the event that a wager is accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, oyes reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account balance. "Palpable errors" — defined as odds clearly out of line with the prevailing market price — may be voided regardless of whether the wager has already been settled.
All bets are settled in accordance with oyes's published rules for each sport and game type. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, oyes's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints and disputes resolution process set out in these Terms.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day, depending on the sport or game type. These limits are disclosed within each betting market and may be adjusted from time to time at oyes's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oyes platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

oyes does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. oyes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit oyes's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
oyes reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where oyes reasonably suspects or determines that:
You may request closure of your oyes account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, oyes will process any outstanding withdrawal of verified, eligible funds to your registered payment method. Accounts with active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements may have those bonus balances forfeited upon voluntary closure.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. oyes reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified via the email address registered to the account prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process, you may request formal dispute escalation. oyes will review escalated disputes and provide a written determination within 15 business days. oyes's decision on disputes shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable legal rights you may have.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the oyes platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
